...PCC Night Show

Finally Jenni, Sky, and I were able to go to the Night Show at the PCC. We have been wanting to and planning on going to this for so so long but something just kept on coming up so finally on Saturday night when I didnt have play practice we made time to go! Skylar and I left at 6:45 to see Jenni do her presentation at work and then we went straight to the night show at 7:30! We had such a fun time and I loved going to see it with my best friends! Thank you Jenni and Sky! I love you both so very much! xoxo

...Day 2

On Friday we decided that we were going to try to get there a little earlier than before but...we didnt quite make it to where we wanted to but actually met Sky on hole 13 this time! The boys did a pretty good job and Jenni and I were so happy to be their only 2 fans! Go BYU-Hawaii Golf boys we love you!

...BYUH Golf Tournaments Day 1

Well Jennilyn and I dedicated a few hours of our time on Thursday and Friday to watch Skylar and the BYUH golf team in one of their biggest tournaments that was in Hawaii at Turtle Bay! Little did we know that we would walk somewhere around 15 holes in the hot humid Hawaii weather! haha We did have a lot of fun though and I guess thats what really matters. The first day was a little bit of a struggle and thats because Jenni and I got there after class and then got dropped off on hole #10 lost because we didnt know what hole Skylar wason. After seeing every single other player on the team we finally reached Sky on...hole #18. His very last one! hah Jenni and I were sweating it was so hot but laughing so hard because we walked 8 holes trying to catch Sky. Here are some pictures of the first day...

...Little Surprises

Minnie (my room mate) and I decided to rearrange our room a little bit but while in the process we found a few friends...Behind her bed and also in her cup :) I hope you enjoy. Oh, and let me mention, there are quite a few ants...EVERYWHERE hah

...L O V E (valentines day)

Sorry I have been procrastinating my blog! And now once again...These events might be out of order. Well lets first begin with VALENTINES DAY! The day of 'love', V-Day, the day that almost every guy hates, thoughts of roses and chocolates, pink, special someones, hearts, gifts, memories.

Valentines Day is one of my favorite holidays! I love the decorations and just the thought that a whole day is set around L O V E. There are so many people who say things like I really dont like Valentines Day because there shouldnt just be one day for a day of love but I agree, those people are right there shouldnt be but...I think its nice to just think of it as a little reminder that we do need to love every one around us!

So...Of course Jenni and I wanted to do something fun and we didnt have any men to celebrate it with so...we went on our own date :) After we had class and everything we went straight to the bus stop! We were going to go to town but I had play practice around 6:30 and needed to be back so instead we ended up going to Haleiwa for dinner and Mastumotos (again) hah we bought toe rings for our little Valentines Day gift, took lots of pictures, and then hopped back on the bus to get back in time. I CAN NOT forget to mention that Jenni and I did have a special someone who cares about us both and who gave us our Valentines this year. I bet that you can guess who it was...Skylar! What would we do without him??

...Haleiwa burgers and shave ice!

Jenni's neighbors (the Swensons) were on a little vacation with their friends (the fox's) and called her to ask if they could take her out to lunch. They asked if she had a friends she would like to bring and she asked me to go with them! We decided to go to Haleiwa to get some lunch and a treat and show them around 'locally' haha we went to a delicious burger place and then took them to Matsumoto Shave Ice for the best shave ice on earth! I had such a fun time and absolutely loved getting to know these two couples. The wives have known each other for 41 years now and have been best friends for that long! I loved that and hope that I will stay like that with my closest friends for the rest of my life. They were amazing couples and Im so grateful that they were willing to spend time with us on their vacation time! What would I do without Jenni and all her visitors! Thank You Swenson's and Fox's!

...Walmart

Think about how long it takes you to make a trip to Walmart and the sacrifices that your making to get everything that you need...well for Jenni and I we spent a whole day just to get to Walmart :) first we started off getting onto the bus for $2.50 and started up North Shore. Wetook a little detour and stopped at the Dole Plantation to get some pineapple ice cream.

Since we were on a tight time frame because I had play practice we got back on the bus for another 45 min. to Walmart. After our quick shopping we started talking about how much it would stink if it started raining because their were big rain clouds...as we walked outside we realized that it was pouring rain! Just our luck :) We quickly ran up to the bus stop and spent another 1 1/2 on the bus. What a day this was for us! hah just another adventure in Hawaii!

...Goats

How much do I love weekends? I love when the week is over and I can just relax and do something fun. On the 5th after the basketball game we got a big group together and went to Goats to have a big bon fire. Nichelle and I (my twin) went to Foodland with some of the boys to get food. I'm pretty sure that I have mentioned something about my love for sitting around a fire and having fun with friends but...it couldn't get any better sitting around a fire, with friends, playing and singing to the guitar, and on the beach, under the moon. I love these kinds of night and I'm so happy that they happen just about every week! We ended up staying on the beach for quite a while and I enjoyed every minute of it! Thank you to everyone was there and thanks to all of my friends who I love and have made this experience in Hawaii so much fun! I love you all. I love Hawaii and I love expierencing little things like this daily! xoxo

...PCC

Polynesian Cultural Center! Last Saturday Skylar and I wanted to go support Jenni at the PCC while she was working...sadly we were a little late and didnt get to watch her do her presentation but hey, at least we tried :) hah

...Temple Beach

Temple Beach is the beach that I like to go to when i just want to get away for a few hours to relax and read. It is right across the street from campus and only takes about 10 min. to get there walking. Last week the water was amazing!! It was like the real Hawaiian ocean water that you see in pictures and I had to take some picture to share so here they are...

...summer

Okay...im NOT complaining. I just wanted to say a little something about spring and summer! Please come? I can not wait until im with friends and family in the warm weather, by the poolside, boating, family vacations, bbq's, 4th of July!, summer rain, dancing, oh I could go on forever and ever! Yes, I know im in Hawaii and it is amazing but I just got thinking about summer back home and cant wait for more wonderful memories to come.
